The focus of this refurbishment project was to convert an under-utilised spare bedroom into a luxurious dressing room and ensuite bathroom to complement the Master Bedroom.


This sort of project is becoming increasingly more popular around London, balancing the number and size of bedrooms (in traditionally top heavy Victorian houses) to bathrooms and adding a real wow factor.

The costs of this will depend on whether architectural, structural and party wall expertise is required, the extent of plumbing and heating requirements on the existing or new system, and the building and fit out costs: sanitary ware, taps, tiles, electrical, lighting, carpentry, doors and windows.
