Claire has always had a passion for property and interior design and started renovating properties in 1995, initially her own, then helping friends with their property projects, working around being a mother to two daughters. She designs practical solutions that make the spaces work beautifully, and has built up a network of valued contacts with property and design professionals and contractors.

Over time the work became more formalised – new clients arrived through word of mouth recommendations and a formal business was created. Clara Bee Limited was established in May 2011.

While the design team focuses on beautiful spaces, Kate ensures the numbers are just as perfectly balanced.

As Clara Bee’s Finance Manager, she oversees the company’s finances with care, precision and a genuine love of spreadsheets. Her attention to detail keeps budgets on track, processes organised and the business running smoothly.

In short, Kate keeps Clara Bee running a tight ship and ensures everything stays on an even keel behind the scenes.

Natasha Scroggs

Interior Designer
After several property renovations in SW London, Tash developed a real love for Interior Design. There is nothing she enjoys more than visualising the potential to a project, going through the key building stages and then finally seeing the beautiful finished product come to life. Design is a key element for Tash at every stage of a renovation project, so after studying a short course at KLC, she joined Clara Bee in 2024. Tash loves to transform spaces for clients using a mix of traditional and modern styles and to create a luxurious, but practical home with clever, space saving solutions.

Frauke McNamara

Interior Designer
Frauke is a fashion designer turned interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. After a successful career in fashion, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an interior designer. Frauke is passionate about using her design skills and technical knowledge to create spaces that reflect individuals’ unique styles. She believes that a well-designed space can make a real difference in people’s lives.

Josh joined Clara Bee in 2025, graduating from KLC School of Design (West Dean). He is passionate about Interior Design, bringing enthusiasm and new ideas.
