Creative Director at Clara Bee. Claire has always had a passion for property and interior design and started renovating properties in 1995, initially her own, then helping friends with their property projects, working around being a mother to two daughters. She designs practical solutions that make the spaces work beautifully, and has built up a network of valued contacts with property and design professionals and contractors.
Over time the work became more formalised – new clients arrived through word of mouth recommendations and a formal business was created. Clara Bee Limited was established in May 2011.
Operations Director, Head of Projects & Development
With over 35 years’ experience managing projects for large technology and outsourcing firms in the city, as a certified Programme Director (MSP) and Project Manager (PRINCE) Trevor left corporate life in March 2015 to help his wife develop and grow their business.
Trevor is passionate about creating new spaces that work for the family, balancing and with other areas of the home, adding real value to the investment return as well as the lifestyle practical benefits.
Caroline started her career as a Chartered Accountant. Her passion for interior design influenced a career change and she graduated with a Certificate in Interior Design from KLC School of Interior Design in December 2012. Having a particular love of fabrics and upholstery, Caroline also specialises in room layouts, bespoke carpentry and innovative storage solutions.
Rachel joined Clara Bee in May 2018, as design and project team assistant. Her previous work experience was in sales and marketing for the luxury boutique hotel industry. Rachel loves photography, travelling, art, culture and is a real foodie. Born and raised in France, Rachel has also lived in New York.
Sales & Marketing, Office Administration
Running the office administration, and developing the sales & marketing side since 2016, Dinah qualified as a solicitor and previously worked in City private practice, then in-house for an international IT company. She volunteered as a charity fundraiser and for the school PTAs as well as renovating her own property and managing a holiday let.
Our newest recruit, artist Marianne joined in 2020 to work on the creative and design side.
Supporting the team on all accounting, finance and billing aspects, Alicia is a chartered management accountant with many years of experience working in multi-national companies and, more recently, as a core team member in a small leading edge technology start-up. She has recently passed her RHS Level 2 exams and is studying Planting Design with the aim of starting her own garden design consultancy.
